The Players . . .

Brian started playing piano at the age of seven and picked up guitar at the age of 16. Growing up on classical music and classic rock, Brian found a particular love for metal and progressive music as he grew older. Brian has played guitar in NJ prog-rock band Quid and keyboards in NJ death metal outfit, Incaged. Currently a grad student in physics at the University of Arizona, Brian gives as much free time as he can to playing guitar for Episodes.

Uma has been singing and dancing for as long as she can remember. She began playing piano at age 7 and writing songs at age 8, plaguing the recess school grounds with her original songs and plays. She admires strong female singer/songwriters and loves the energy of female lead bands like the Cranberries, No Doubt, the Pretenders, Heart. Uma is excited to share her original music with the great talent of her fellow band members of Episodes. “Is it time to rock yet? Let’s goooo!”

Nick is the second newest member of Episodes. After a long search we've found someone who can keep up with the quirky and edgy style of Episodes. He comes to us with many years of experience and a vast musical knowledge. While drumming he'll be adding a third voice to our mix and has an enthusiasm and energy that cannot be rivaled. Nick is currently a medical student at UMC and still makes time to rock out with us.

Stéfano comes to Episodes from another popular Tucson band, Vampyros Bonobos. His deep-rooted funk influence and smooth playing adds an extra kick to the Episodes lineup. He dedicates his time to both bands with a vigor that has helped propel Episodes into the finals of the 2010 Southern Arizona Acoustic Battle of the Bands. He aims to please, and man does he please. We welcome Stéfano Young to the family.
